Classes are currently held in Grantham, Newark and Radcliffe on Trent.

About Julie

Julie Simpson Fitness trainer Grantham

I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years now, and have trained clients from the sedentary to the action-packed ex-forces.

I have the passion and drive to understand and help all levels and disabilities of people health and well-being. Health and wellbeing is the most important to “keeping a healthy mind and body from within”

I have accredited numerous qualifications over the years as follows:

Sports and Fitness – Loughborough University

Exercise to Music – London, Personal Training level 4, Pilates, Posture analysis, G.P Referral –Lower back Pain-Diabetes to Obesity, I also have children’s Fitness, Adult and children mental health.

I do believe that everyone is different and have different needs and I have all the experience to help that client feel fitter and lose weight and have a better mental health and well-being.

You will feel safe and confident that you will achieve your goals and be in a happy mental attitude towards looking after your health and body.

Our classes include Pilates, Body Blast, and Legs, Bums, and Tums workouts. They’re suitable for all levels of fitness and everyone is welcome.

She is a true gem and an absolute legend!

I trained with Julie for 6 months. They were the best sessions anyone could ask for.. Julie knew my limits and kept pushing me, she takes no prisoners! The environment is perfect, all the essentials and more from a gym with an enthusiastic fun instructor who makes you believe in yourself and motivates you to achieve and know anything is possible! I lost inches and 21 kg. More than anything my physical, mental health improved massively and as did my self esteem.
 
Julie has not only proved exercise to be fun but also made exercise and eating well a part of my routine. I look forward to resuming my sessions with Julie after my elbow surgery recovery.

her ability to motivate is amazing!

Julie has motivated me back to exercise after knee surgery. She adapts exercises in her classes for me, pushes me safely to work harder & always checks in to see I’m ok. Her classes are great fun too – Pilates on steroids is how l’d describe her style of Pilates, she definitely notices if you’re cheating! Body blast is just that….a blast! I highly recommend Julie whether you are a seasoned exerciser or a novice just starting out, her ability to motivate is amazing!

She’s friendly and puts you at ease

I’ve been going to Julie’s Pliates classes for 3 months, it’s the best one I’ve been too. I’ve started other pliates classes and ended them after a few week as no one showed you what you were doing wrong, Julie comes round tells you and helps you into the right position. She’s friendly and puts you at ease. I cant recommend her enough.
