About Julie

I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years now, and have trained clients from the sedentary to the action-packed ex-forces.
I have the passion and drive to understand and help all levels and disabilities of people health and well-being. Health and wellbeing is the most important to “keeping a healthy mind and body from within”
I have accredited numerous qualifications over the years as follows:
Sports and Fitness – Loughborough University
Exercise to Music – London, Personal Training level 4, Pilates, Posture analysis, G.P Referral –Lower back Pain-Diabetes to Obesity, I also have children’s Fitness, Adult and children mental health.
I do believe that everyone is different and have different needs and I have all the experience to help that client feel fitter and lose weight and have a better mental health and well-being.
You will feel safe and confident that you will achieve your goals and be in a happy mental attitude towards looking after your health and body.
