Body Blast
Get ready to blast away stress and calories with the Body Blast workout class! This dynamic and energetic class is designed to elevate your heart rate, tone your muscles, and leave you feeling empowered.

Legs, Bums & Tums
Get ready to tone, tighten, and feel amazing with our Legs, Bums, and Tums classes! These sessions are all about giving those key areas some extra love while having a blast. Each class is packed with exercises to sculpt your legs, lift your bums, and define your core.
